Description

Vegetables remain soft but al dente, fish does not fall apart. Nothing dries out or burns in steam. Also steaming cooked rice or heating bapao or dim sum with steam, the dishes retain their own intense flavour. The excellent heat transfer of water vapour ensures that ingredients are cooked evenly on the inside.
The steamer is made of stainless steel. The bottom pan is equipped with an encapsulated sandwich base for fast heat conduction. The handy glass lid gives a good view of the steaming process during preparation.
The droplets keep the view clear while steaming. The small overpressure hole in the glass lid prevents rattling or too much steam loss. The steam insert can also serve as a colander and the lower pan with lid as a cooking pot.
The steamer is suitable for all heat sources such as gas, electricity, ceramic, halogen and induction.
